En Vogue Boulevard will refund any item(s), if the item(s) received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect size or style was shipped within 7 days of purchase. Prior to the return to ENVB you will need to contact our customer service center by emailing us at info@envb.pk or Texting / WhatsApp messaging us at 0304-222-0246. If approved, your refund will be issued in the same name as you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s). Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns.
